  • Processor: Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4nm), the same chip as last year’s V70
  • Battery: 7,200mAh with 90W fast charging
  • Cameras: Zeiss-branded 50MP main (OIS), 50MP telephoto and 8MP ultra-wide; 50MP selfie camera
  • Software: OriginOS 7 based on Android 17, with four OS upgrades and six years of security updates

Why it matters

At ₹62,999, the V80 moves the V-series into a more premium price bracket, which 91mobiles attributes to wider price rises across the smartphone market. Reviewers note that its chip is the same as the V70’s and trails rivals such as the iQOO 15R and OnePlus 15R on performance, so the pitch rests on its battery, cameras and software support.
