Chelsea beat Bournemouth 5-1; Arsenal edge Leeds 2-1 and Man Utd draw 1-1 with Spurs
Chelsea hammered Bournemouth 5-1, Arsenal came from behind to beat Leeds 2-1, and 10-man Spurs held Man Utd 1-1 in Saturday's Premier League games.

Chelsea thrashed Bournemouth 5-1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, 10 October, while Arsenal came from behind to beat Leeds United 2-1 and Manchester United drew 1-1 with Tottenham Hotspur after a stoppage-time equaliser. All three matches in the Premier League’s sixth round were played on 10 October, according to Sky Sports and Vavel.
Chelsea 5-1 Bournemouth
Jordan Henderson put Chelsea ahead in the second minute, and a deflection off Bournemouth’s Antonio Silva made it 2-0 a minute later; Vavel’s match log records it as an own goal. Sky Sports reported that the 2-0 lead came earlier than in any previous Chelsea Premier League game.
Joao Pedro scored just after the restart, in the 46th minute, and again in the 67th. Evanilson pulled one back for Bournemouth in the 51st minute when the ball deflected off him from a Moises Caicedo clearance. Henderson then struck a free kick from about 25 yards in the 70th minute to make it 5-1.
Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso said: “Today it was a very complete performance.” Bournemouth manager Marco Rose said: “We were not ready, we were not sharp enough,” according to Sky Sports.
Arsenal 2-1 Leeds United
At the Emirates Stadium, James Justin gave Leeds the lead in the 55th minute from a Gudmundsson cross. Riccardo Calafiori equalised in the 62nd minute from a Ben White cross, and substitute Bruno Guimaraes scored the winner in the 70th minute after a Declan Rice flick, Sky Sports reported.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said his team “got out of that through pinching our desire to win” after going behind. Leeds manager Daniel Farke said his side “fully deserved to go and lead.”
Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham
Bryan Mbeumo put United ahead in the 73rd minute at Old Trafford. Tottenham’s Rodrigo Bentancur was sent off in the 78th minute for a headbutt motion towards Luke Shaw, which led to a brawl between the benches. Dominic Solanke still equalised for the 10 men with a header in the 90+2 minute from Sandro Tonali’s cross, per Sky Sports. Manchester United’s website also described the equaliser as coming in stoppage time.
United manager Michael Carrick said: “We couldn’t find a way to get ourselves into the game.” Tottenham’s Roberto De Zerbi said: “We did not deserve to lose, for sure.”
