Hero Xpulse 450 Unveiled at EICMA 2026: 421cc Engine, 46.7 hp and Built-In Apple CarPlay
Hero MotoCorp has revealed its bigger adventure motorcycle, the Xpulse 450, with a new liquid-cooled 421cc single, adjustable KYB fork and Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. It goes to Europe first.

Hero MotoCorp has taken the wraps off the Xpulse 450 at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, its long-awaited step up from the popular Xpulse 210 in the adventure segment. The bike will be sold in global markets, starting with Europe, before it reaches India.
Engine and chassis
- Engine: a new 421cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder unit.
- Output: 46.7 hp at 9,100 rpm and 38 Nm at 7,500 rpm, nearly double the Xpulse 210’s 24.6 hp and 20.7 Nm.
- Gearbox: six-speed, with a slip-and-assist clutch as standard.
- Front suspension: a 43 mm KYB cartridge-type upside-down fork with 225 mm of travel and 22 steps of compression and rebound adjustment.
- Wheels: tubeless spoked rims, with what appears to be a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear.
Connected features
Hero says the motorcycle is the first in its class to come with built-in Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, which is expected to run on a 7-inch TFT display.
India launch and rivals
Hero has not given an Indian launch date or price. When it arrives, it is likely to take on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (about ₹3.08 lakh) and the KTM 390 Adventure range (₹3.87–4.06 lakh).
